I have a large hosting account which i can split into separate smaller accounts. I am never going to use all the bandwidth and space I have been given, so if anyone is out there looking for some free web space and it is for development stuff (not commercial), let me know.

You will get your own control panel from which you can manage all your hosting features.

I cannot guarantee up-time and continuation of this free hosting.
However, I can guarantee that at least 48 hours grace period will be given should your free account need to be closed. I don’t provide domain registration, that is something you will have to handle yourself.
