Don't be confused by the .EU domain name. We are accepting signups from Non-EU countries as well and the server has very good connection to the US for example. We rent the dedicated server where the freehosting service is running - we don't use shared reseller hosting.

A few more points:

You should really read the TOS. I know you probably will not so in brief - all the standard freehosting restrictions apply - i.e. no porn (soft adult - nudity is OK), warez, proxies, phishing etc. Webs can be in any official EU language, otherwise content approval by the staff is required. Yes, you might have seen some similarly looking websites before. The design is no rip, it's just a problem with limited LayeredPanel templates choice.
